This class, led by a professional Starrz Instructor, is designed for students aged 18+. It offers an immersive exploration of traditional Indian folk-dance styles, including Bhangra, Garba, and Lavani, blending cultural authenticity with dynamic movement techniques. While prior dance experience is recommended, it is not required - passion and a willingness to learn are all you need to participate fully.
