For a Bharatanatyam class for 5-7 year old students, we will focus on building foundational skills through engaging activities. Introduce basic mudras (hand gestures), simple adavus (footwork), and basic rhythm awareness. We will work on muscle strengthening and postures.
We will teach simple shlokas and teach basic alapana (classical music).
